Items received don't match description, are damaged, or of poor quality.
Shipping & Delivery
Late delivery, incorrect shipping address, or lost packages.
Order Discrepancies
Wrong items shipped, missing items, or quantity issues.
Contact the Vendor First
Attempt to resolve the issue directly through our messaging system within your order page.
Wait for Response
Give the vendor 48 hours to respond to your concern.
File Formal Dispute
If no resolution is reached, file a formal dispute through your order page or contact our support team.
Provide Evidence
Submit photos, order details, communication records, and any other relevant documentation.
